This release introduces an updated Factor 1 workflow and a new Office management structure for admins, along with a set of general bug fixes and improvements.
Major Enhancements
Updated Factor 1 Workflow
Factor 1 has been redesigned to simplify the experience, align with Factors 2–9, and improve clarity.
- New single-column layout with clearer page instructions
- AI-generated skill/knowledge titles and descriptions now load together
- Sliders replace drag-and-drop for adjusting skill/knowledge levels
- Move Up/Down actions replace drag-and-drop for reordering skill/knowledge cards
Office Management (Admin only)
System admins can now create and manage Offices to partition PD requests and users.
- New Admin Menu with subpages for Users, Simulate User, and Offices
- Offices dashboard to create new offices and manage existing ones
- Office assignment is now displayed throughout USA Class, including on the Request Manager, Request Account page, and Request Details page
- Users assigned to multiple offices can switch between them via a dropdown
Bug Fixes & Minor Enhancements
- Correct request statuses for Major Duties and PD Builder workflows
- Improved Request Name handling: text wrapping, full-width input, and enforced character limits
- Special characters now export correctly
- Accessibility fixes on the References page
- Improved form validation, scrolling, and UI overlap on small screens
