The PD Builder Preview & Export page is the final step in the PD Builder workflow. It allows users to review the completed position description before finishing the request. The preview displays the position description as it will appear in the final document, including the organization header, position title, series, grade, terms of use, and completed content sections.
Users can use the section list on the left to navigate through the position description, review the content for accuracy, and ensure the document is complete. The page also provides options to copy the content or export the position description.
To access the position details page, select Request, select PD Builder, then select Final Review.
The following elements are displayed:

. This button allows you to copy the content to your clipboard that allows you to paste into another document or program.

. This button allows you to export the content to a Word document (.docx format).
- Back. This allows you to go to the previous screen.
- Finish & Return to Home. This button allows you to mark the PD complete and returns you to the Request Dashboard. For instructions, see: Completing a review.

Request Details. This buttons allows you to view the Request Details. For More information, see: Request Details.

Documents. This buttons allows you to view Documents uploaded to this request. For More information, see: Documents.

Major Duties. This button allows you to view the Major Duties for this request.
Note: Admins, Leads, assigned Classifiers, and assigned Managers will be able to return to the request, navigate to the final page, and reexport the PD content as needed, once the request is marked completed. Admins can also reopen completed requests, as needed.
