The PD Builder Overview page is where you review all components used to compile and complete the position description build before finalizing it. The page also provides the ability to make final edits to each section, review the applicable classification references, verify factor levels and point totals, and confirm the final classification recommendation before proceeding to preview and export the completed PD.
To access the position details page, select Request, select PD Builder, then select Final Review.
The following elements are displayed:
- Section Name. This reflects the name of the section being reviewed.

. This button allows you to revert information that was previously saved.

. This button allows you to edit the content with the desired section. For instructions, see: Editing from the final review.

Expand. This button allows you to expand the desired section.

Collapse. This button allows you to collapse the desired section.
- Back. This allows you to go to the previous screen.
- Continue. This allows you to continue to the next step in the process.

Request Details. This buttons allows you to view the Request Details. For More information, see: Request Details.

Documents. This buttons allows you to view Documents uploaded to this request. For More information, see: Documents.

Major Duties. This button allows you to view the Major Duties for this request.
