Editing an AI generated major duty title and description

1. Select a Request from the recent Request Dashboard or a new request.
2. Select Major Duties
3. Select Duty Titles.

4. Review the suggested major duty titles and descriptions generated.

   

5. Select the icon to edit the desired AI generated major duty title and description.

6. Make all desired edits to the Title and/or Description, select Save.

   

Notes: 

• The specific wording of the title and description influence the next stage of AI generation. 
• The more clearly you define each category, the better the results are likely to be in the next step.
