Selecting a major duty title and description

1. Select a Request from the recent Request Dashboard or a new request.
2. Select Major Duties
3. Select Duty Titles.

4. Review the suggested major duty titles generated.

   

5. Select the icon to add the desired suggested title to the selected column.

   

Notes: 

• Once you have selected at least three duty titles, the Continue button will activate and allow you to move to the next step.
• To unselect a duty title, select the icon on a selected duty title to move it back to the suggested column.
• The specific wording of the title and description influence the next stage of AI generation. The more clearly you define each category, the better the results are likely to be in the next step.
• Customized major duties and descriptions will have a icon to indicate it is not AI generated.
