The Position Details - PD Source page is where upload the document used to guide the AI for the basis of generating Major Duties.
To access the position details page, select the Request, select Position Details, then select PD Details.
The following elements are displayed:

Upload PD Document. This allows you to upload the PD used to guide the AI for major duty generation.
Notes:- The “Upload PD Document” accommodates one file.
- Supported types: .pdf, .docx, .pptx, .xlsx
- Maximum size: 10 MB
- Back. This allows you to go to the previous screen.
- Continue. This allows you to continue to the next step in the process. Note: This button will activate once a PD is uploaded.

Request Details. This buttons allows you to view the Request Details. For More information, see: Request Details.

Documents. This buttons allows you to view Documents uploaded to this request. For More information, see: Documents.
