The Position Details - PD Source page is where you decide the PD workflow that determines the source and level of AI reuse for Major Duty content and allows you to choose how closely the AI should follow that source.
To access the position details page, select the Request, select Position Details, then select PD Source.
The following elements are displayed:

Do you have an existing Position Description that AI can reference for Major Duty content?. This guides the system to assist create content for the position being created. The options include:
- Yes, use exactly as written. AI will preserve the content and structure of your existing PD. (Recommended for recently updated or compliant documents.)
- Yes, use it as a reference. AI will review your existing PD and recommend Major Duty content based on it and the available PD Library. (Recommended for older documents.)
- No, start from scratch. AI will recommend Major Duty content based on a quick set of questions you'll answer about the position.
- Continue. This allows you to continue to the next step in the process.
