The Factor Levels - Factors page is where you assign factor level descriptions and points to reflect the position’s actual duties, responsibilities, and required qualifications. Refine or remove statements as needed to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and complete before proceeding to the next step.
AI will recommend knowledge or skills needed for the position, based on the major duties.
To access the position details page, select Request, select Factor Levels, then select Target Series.
The following elements are displayed:
- Factor Level. This drop-down allows you to choose factor level assigned for each Factor.
- Factor Descriptions. This is the AI generated factor level statement. The slider bar allows you to select the desired level of language to support the factor level determination. For instructions, see: Assigning a factor level value.

. This icon indicates the Factor Level point value has been assigned.

More Actions. This button allows you to access the additional actions. The options are:

. This button allows you to edit the Title or Description. For instructions, see: Editing an AI generated major duty title and description.

. This button allows you to have AI to regenerate the text.

. This button allows you to move the factor description up in the list.

. This button allows you to move the factor description down in the list.

. This allows you to delete the factor description. Note: Deleting this major duty title will also delete all statements associated major duty title.

- Back. This allows you to go to the previous screen.

. This button allows you to add a new factor description statement. For instructions, see: Adding a major duty statement.
- Accept & Continue. This allows you to continue to the next Factor to assign a value.
- Continue. This button will appear when all Factors are assigned a value. This allows you to continue to the next step in the process.

Request Details. This buttons allows you to view the Request Details. For More information, see: Request Details.

Documents. This buttons allows you to view Documents uploaded to this request. For More information, see: Documents.
