The USA Class system is a tool used to create, edit, and manage position descriptions within USA Staffing. Users can access USA Class in two ways: directly through the Manage Position Description page within USA Staffing, or by logging in through the USA Class main login page. Both access points provide the same functionality, allowing users to efficiently build and maintain accurate position descriptions in support of classification and hiring processes.
- To access USA Class, navigate to https://class-usadata.opm.gov.
- Select Sign in with Entra ID.

On initial login users must acknowledge they will abide by the USA Class Rules of Behavior.
- Verify your email address, agency, and office.
- Select your user role from the pull-down list.

Select Confirm.
- An administrator will review your user request.
- Once approved, users will be taken main USA Class Request Dashboard.
